I have been working with Sami for the past 3 years and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me.  My fitness/nutritional journey has not been an easy one; I always struggled with wanting to look a certain way but lacked the knowledge of exactly how to get myself there. This is when I turned to Sami for her expertise and guidance.

Getting started was quite difficult because it was a pretty big lifestyle change. However, Sami made it pretty simple by asking me a list of questions, such as what my body goals were and what I normally ate day to day. She took all of my information to then create my own personal workout/nutritional plan to follow in order to achieve the goals I was aiming for. I was truly blown away with how much information she was able to provide for me; she even broke it down to a more basic level for me to fully understand.


To this day, Sami is still coaching me in more ways than one. Not only has she helped me reach my goals over the past 3 years, she has also been a huge support during my entire journey.

I had a wonderful time working with Sami. I really learned the meaning of put good in and get good out. She helped me reach my goals, find a more powerful and outgoing side of myself, and confidence I needed to feel good in my own body. 


Before I started my 6 month plan with Sami, I was always uncomfortable about my weight but I never really knew how to get it under control. I love food and not the healthy kind!  The gym was so intimidating to me, I didn't want people watching and judging me. At first I was so nervous, but I faced my fears and I found that the gym is one of my favorite places to be. I really enjoy being surrounded by other people like me trying to reach their goals. 


Changing my diet was one of the hardest thing I have ever done! Sugar and I were in a pretty heavy relationship, so giving it up was no easy task! And fast/frozen food was always so quick and easy. Sami made and adjusted my meal plans for me when ever I needed and it was so helpful! Having to measure and weigh out all the food on my meal plan was frustrating at first but it helped my realize how important portion control is. It took me a long time to get my taste buds used to vegetables and Greek yogurt but I did it and I couldn't be happier. Healthy choices can taste good too! 


I have lost 28 lbs. and counting! And I'm down 3 pants sizes! 

The past 6 months are only the start of my new life, I'm so thankful for everything Sami has taught me!

Sami has helped me over the last 3 months to become a better version of myself and more confident. With her 3 month fitness plan, I have learned so much not only about different exercises but what I am capable of doing. She writes very detailed plans that are tailored and individualized towards my schedule, time, and made me feel comfortable in the gym. One of my favorite parts was that she would check in every week and then based off of my thoughts, would adapt the plan as needed. Overall this has been one of the best experiences and I am so thankful for Sami's help.

Since working with Sam, I could not be happier with the way my body has responded to my meal plans. I am leaning out more and more every month yet I always feel satisfied and energized throughout the day. Because she has actively taken the time to educate me about my plans, I now understand the “why” behind what foods I am consuming, the times that I am consuming them at, and the proportions that I am consuming them in. Most importantly, I’ve learned to enjoy food in a way I was not able to before.

I've always been a competitive athlete and very into my own health. But I also have always suffered from eating disorders. I have been on diets all my life, but it wasn’t until I worked with nutrition consultant, Sami Ulanski at SUNutrition, LLC that I learned why I was eating the way I eat and what I have been doing wrong with all my previous diets.  I learned so many valuable lessons from Sami on how the body needs good food, processes it, and transforms it into energy and muscle.  Sami’s incredible journey as a consultant has earned my respect.  She practices what she preaches.  She has the heart of an angel and will treat you as if you are her only client. She runs her business on helping people achieve their healthy goals.

It was 4 months ago that I started my diet weighing 157 pounds.  I now weigh 129 and I am never “hungry” anymore.  If you follow the plan, you will find that eating healthy food at the right times in the day are simply “needs” that your body demands. Sami provides you with charts and weekly diet options.  She prepares you weeks in advance with a questionnaire that helps her understand what you eat, when you eat, and why you eat what you do.  After she works with you to determine your weight loss goals, she provides you a detailed food plan with many options.  She takes this very seriously and asks you about your health and eating history.  The amount of time she puts into your personal program is unbelievable.  She also gives you charts to track of all your measurements so you can see the progress yourself.  Once you have a chance to experiment with the diet (which is almost more food than you can eat), she checks in with you weekly to make sure you are doing well.  She answers all your questions and addresses any concerns you may have.  My diet plan was full of protein, vegetables, fruits, nuts, fiber, and snacks.  If you need changes in the diet based on weight loss, energy loss, fatigue, or work out exertion, she will adjust your food to accommodate that.

She seems to know how your body will react before you even do.  Like me, if you work out occasionally, she will take that into consideration and adjust when you eat so your workout will be productive.   I actually felt like I couldn’t eat as much as she wanted me to eat, but my body was burning it faster than I could take it in.  I just kept losing it because my choices were what my body needed and I was burning it faster with the new energy I had to work out longer.  Sami will remind you how important drinking water is and we need lots of it.  I learned quickly from Sami that sugar cravings and hunger are sometimes simply “lack of water.”  I also learned healthy ways to replace sugary treats.  You will too.  I use to crave sugar many times a day.  Not much anymore.  I still treat myself every day to a little something sweet, but I no longer gain weight. I simply do it in moderation.  How awesome is that?

I am now working on maintaining my weight and not losing any more (which I never thought I would say). My new goal is building muscle.  The energy I have is amazing and I achieved my goals with the hope of never going back to the unhealthy me that I was.  And that was in only 4 short months.

Before working with Sami I was completely lost! I had no idea what to do, but I knew I needed to do something. I had rebounded hard after my first bikini competition, was stuck in a restrictive mindset, and struggled with binge eating. I had no idea how to get out of the HUGE slump I was in! Thanks to Sami, I was able to take the guess-work out of what and how much to eat (she did that for me). My meal plan was tailored specifically to me and my current needs! It was also straightforward and easy to follow. For me it was mentally tough to allow myself to eat more, but eventually it became much easier. I broke out of my restrictive mindset, I started lifting heavier and leaning out, and I have also been binge free! I am not a slave to food anymore and I am a much happier, healthier person!

My son was losing weight at an alarming rate, because of acid reflux. With medication and Sami Ulanski's nutrition and meal plans, he has gained back 25 pounds! The low acid, but high calorie, balanced meal plans were essential in helping him to eat more food. It was helpful to have five variations for each meal, to aid in planning, preparation, and variety. After following these meal plans for several months, it has made us eat a healthier diet, with many more vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans and lean meats.
